We're a small, appointment-only shop by design: we don't rush grooms and we don't overbook, because the only way to send every dog home looking and feeling their best is to give each one real time and attention. Whether your dog needs a full haircut, a quick bath, or just a nail trim, you'll always work with the same careful, experienced groomers who treat your pup like one of their own.
Grooming is about far more than looks. A regular routine keeps your dog's skin and coat healthy, clears out loose undercoat before it mats or ends up all over your home, keeps nails at a comfortable length that protects the joints, and gives an experienced eye a chance to spot ear issues, hot spots, or lumps early. That's why we tailor every visit to the individual dog — their breed, their coat, their age, and their comfort level — and why we take the time to do it right.

A Poodle, a Husky, and a French Bulldog could not need more different care. A Poodle's curly coat grows continuously and mats quickly without a groom every four to six weeks. A Husky's double coat should never be shaved and needs de-shedding, not clipping. A Frenchie's short coat is easy, but the face wrinkles need regular cleaning and drying to stay healthy. Silky breeds like Shih Tzus, Yorkies, and Maltese tangle without frequent brushing, while heavy shedders like German Shepherds and Corgis do best with regular de-shedding baths.

Our core services are the full groom (bath, blow-dry, breed-specific haircut, nail trim, and ear cleaning), a bath & brush with no haircut, standalone nail trims, and a gentle puppy's first groom. Every service is tailored to your dog's breed, coat, and temperament.
Full grooms start at $70 and nail trims start at $20. Bath & brush and puppy's first grooms are priced by your dog's breed, size, and coat, since those vary so much — text or call us and we'll give you a quote.
Yes. A nail trim is a quick standalone service in St. Charles — you don't need to book a full groom. Most dogs do well with a trim every three to six weeks; if you can hear the nails clicking on the floor, they're ready.
All breeds and sizes are welcome, from tiny Yorkies and Chihuahuas to Great Danes and heavy-coated Huskies and Golden Retrievers. Because coats differ so much, we publish a grooming guide for each breed explaining what that dog's coat needs and how often.
