Previous grooming experiences, sensitive spots, nerves, and any tangles are all worth mentioning at check-in.
Bringing a puppy?
Our puppy grooming guidance is to wait until vaccinations are complete and your veterinarian has given the all-clear. Ask us about documentation before you come.

What happens at drop-off
We'll talk through the plan before grooming starts. Your dog is not an assembly-line project.
We'll talk about the cut
Show us your reference photo or describe the style you like. We tailor grooming to your dog's coat and comfort.
We'll check the coat
If matting changes what is possible, we'll discuss your options. We do not shave a dog down without talking to the owner and getting permission first.
We'll talk pickup
How long a groom takes depends on the dog's size, coat condition, and temperament. We'll give you a realistic pickup window at drop-off.
If plans change
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Our posted terms state there's a mandatory $20 late cancellation fee when an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We groom by appointment Tuesday through Friday. For a standalone nail trim, call or text ahead so we can fit you in.
What about vaccination records?
For a puppy's first groom, wait until their vaccination series is complete and their vet gives the all-clear. Text us before your visit to confirm what vaccination information or paperwork applies to your dog.
What if my dog gets nervous at the groomer?
Tell us what worries them, especially if they've had a tough grooming experience before. We groom with your dog's age, coat, temperament, and comfort in mind.
How much will it cost?
Full grooms start at $70 and nail trims start at $20. Other services are priced by breed, size, and coat. Text your dog's breed, approximate weight, and the service you want for a quote.
