Returns & Refunds

We get it — sometimes it just doesn't work out. We're here to make it easy.

Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase on eligible items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Questions? We're happy to help.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Grooming products that are opened or used
Sale items
Any purchase made using a coupon
Gift Cards
Pet Toys
Pet Food (even unopened packages)
Grooming, nail, or other services rendered — call us and we'll try to fix it

How Returns Work

Check eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 5 days of purchase. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Include your packing slip

When making a return, include the original packing slip and a note explaining why it is being returned. Returned merchandise must be unused.

Ship it back or drop it off

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees if the item cannot be returned in person. No refunds will be given for original shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. Send photos and a description of the issue to americanpuppyservices@gmail.com and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Delivered Orders

Important:Once the carrier's tracking indicates an order has been successfully delivered, we do not accept returns for any reason, including claims of non-receipt. Please contact the carrier directly if you believe the package was lost or stolen after delivery.

Color Disclaimer

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a return.
