Cancellation & Refund Policy

There will be a mandatory $20 late fee if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. We schedule our team by appointment only — if we reserve a time slot for your pet and they will not be available, please cancel 24 hours in advance. We also ask that you book your next appointment on the day we groom your pet, as we cannot guarantee a spot without a reservation.

Privacy

Your use of our website is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it, as it governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications

Visiting our website or sending emails to American Puppy constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
