Dog grooming in Florissant, MO
Florissant is one of north St. Louis County's largest cities, with historic Old Town charm and a lot of devoted dog owners. American Puppy is about 20 minutes west via I-370 and across the Missouri River into St. Charles — an easy trip for grooming that's worth it.
Whether your Florissant dog needs a full breed-specific groom, a seasonal de-shedding bath, or a gentle first groom as a puppy, we take our time and treat every pup like family — bandana and bows always free.
American Puppy is about a 20-minute drive east of Florissant — via I-370 and across the river to 3220 Rue Royale St, Ste 1 in New Town at St. Charles. From Old Town Florissant to the newer subdivisions, Florissant families round out the north-county dogs we love to groom.
Why Florissant dog owners drive to American Puppy
We already have clients who happily drive to us from all over the region — including as far as Wentzville and Florissant — so the trip from Florissant is an easy one. Here's what keeps them coming back:
Jennifer brings over three decades of grooming experience, and Mylinda more than 15 — you're leaving your dog with people who have truly seen it all.
Our groomers are experienced, gentle, and love what they do.
We never overbook. Your dog gets unrushed, one-on-one attention from start to finish, not an assembly-line groom.
Grooming and nutrition go hand in hand — the coat is often the first place diet shows, and our team is certified in canine nutrition.
Every pup goes home looking adorable, on the house, every single visit.
