Dog grooming in Hazelwood, MO
Hazelwood dog owners are a short interstate drive from American Puppy — head west on I-70 across the Missouri River into St. Charles and our New Town salon. It's an easy trip for a full groom, a de-shedding bath, or a quick nail trim.
We keep our book light on purpose, so your Hazelwood dog gets unhurried, individual attention every visit — and leaves looking sharp with a free bandana or bows.
American Puppy is about a 15-to-20-minute drive east of Hazelwood — west on I-70 across the river to 3220 Rue Royale St, Ste 1 in New Town at St. Charles. A north-county community near the airport, Hazelwood is a quick straight shot up I-70 from our door.
Why Hazelwood dog owners drive to American Puppy
We already have clients who happily drive to us from all over the region — including as far as Wentzville and Florissant — so the trip from Hazelwood is an easy one. Here's what keeps them coming back:
Jennifer brings over three decades of grooming experience, and Mylinda more than 15 — you're leaving your dog with people who have truly seen it all.
Our groomers are experienced, gentle, and love what they do.
We never overbook. Your dog gets unrushed, one-on-one attention from start to finish, not an assembly-line groom.
Grooming and nutrition go hand in hand — the coat is often the first place diet shows, and our team is certified in canine nutrition.
Every pup goes home looking adorable, on the house, every single visit.
